Warranty

After our work is completed and paid in full, a lifetime warranty is issued on the scope of the work for slab on grade foundations. If any adjustments are necessary in the areas underpinned by our company after the work is completed, the adjustments are completed at no cost to the initial warranty holder. This warranty is owner transferable for the life of the structure with an adjustment fee. Please notify Jericho within 30 days of closing to keep the warranty current. 

To transfer an existing warranty, please submit the following to our office within 30 days of closing:

          - Completed Warranty Transfer Form (link below)

          - $300 warranty transfer fee

          - 1st page of closing statement showing ownership transferring from the current warranty holder's name into the buyer's name
